I contacted a few florists in hopes that someone would be able to recreate my bouquet for a re-shoot of some wedding photos that did not turn out so nice due to poor weather conditions. The individual at the first florist in Rancho Mirage was extremely rude. I had contacted him to inquire about the possiblity of altering a bouquet listed on his website for sale and was told that it would not be possible to order anything for weddings since Valentine's Day is around the corner. He was extremely rude and went on and on to state he simply wouldn't put his employees through that. Then, I was lucky enough to contact Tuscany Florist and spoke to Malcolm who went above and beyond my expectations. He was so kind and understanding and gave me options which allowed me to choose bouquets in different price ranges. Malcolm never made one comment about Valentine's Day coming up. He was very gracious and I just picked up the bouquet and it is absolutely beautiful. I highly suggest going to Tuscany Florists for anything. They provide superior customer service and do a beautiful job!!
