Happiness Nails at 34151 Monterey Avenue, Rancho Mirage, California.

Best nails ever. I have had a man do my nails before and they came out horrible. But this man I believe he's the owner. Did a great job. It's been a while since my nails have been smooth to the touch.
Only negative was an older lady came in asking for her eyebrows to be done. She was told 5 minutes. The lady leaves and comes back 15 minutes later. She was told almost done. Another 10 mins goes by and she took her business else where. That's bad service and don't keep quoting times when your not sure... sorry
