Very professional. Pleasant and friendly staff. Answered all my questions about the process and best of all I only waited for a couple of minutes. Couldn’t have gotten in and out any faster. I’ve been to two of there locations and they both operate in the same friendly and speedy but carefull manner. I would definitely recommend their services.

I did not like to see medical videos while waiting in the waiting room. It was the opposite of peaceful. We did ask the receptionist to turn the volume down but would have preferred a little control over what we watched. The waiting room was also too hot. No good magazines.
The receptionist was very nice. The technician was very nice also. Waiting time was not bad. I do wish the technician would have explained a little more about how long the procedure would take and a little bit about what she was doing.

Very nice facility. Early staffer behind front counter very nice. Too early to be there.
Both female technicians very nice but neither too the time to explain anything that was going to be done or how.
Aware they are not doctors or nurses and was not expecting diagnosis. But other info would have been nice.
