Dr. Hoang performs the minor miracle amidst modern medical "care" of actually caring; of taking time to listen; and then efficiently getting me referred for specialist care. The modern medical system is so broken in that it only permits the patient to "cut off" one body part or symptom to deal with at each visit, and I see that Dr. Hoang makes a concerted effort to fit in a more systemic description to better diagnose/refer. She seems knowledgeable of a broader array of symptoms and possible treatment approaches than most primary care physicians. In addition to feeling like she cares about me as a patient, I see how she is hard working and how her staff has fit me in and made for a longer work day. What I like most is that she doesn't treat me like an idiot, and she is open to my desire for preventative, lifestyle, dietary, and more while mind-body care. Her staff helps me get referred quickly. I feel fortunate!
